My Culla/Core is not inflatingUpdated 7 months ago

If you cannot get your Culla or Core product to inflate or hold air initially, here is a helpful tip that has assisted some of our customers. First, identify the inlet. The inlet has a two-stage screw on cap. Once you've identified the inlet, make sure the larger main cap is screwed in properly, and that you are pumping air into the secondary cap (it is designed to keep the air inside while pumping), and not the open valve.
