CRUA Customer Help Center

We will make every effort to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Normally, it may take 1-3 working days to process your order and the parcel carrier time can vary normally from 1-5 working days for shipping depending on your location.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding public/federal holidays.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center in the US on the following holidays:
