I'm having a hard time zipping the door on the Crua Tri, or the Tri material is pretty tight out of the box. Is there an issue?Updated 7 months ago

There is no issue. We have made the Tri to suit all conditions, including heavy wind. We cut down on any excess fabric that could flap in windy conditions. 

Regarding the zippers, it is good tent care to ensure all doors and windows be completely closed and zipped up when taking down a tent. That way, the next time you pitch your tent, they are all already closed.

When pitching the Crua Tri, double-check to ensure the door is completely zipped closed, and if not, please do so before you stake out the guy-lines. As long as the door is closed, when you stake out the guy-lines, you will have the appropriate tension needed for the zippers to smoothly open and close.
