• The guarantee is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, customers must contact CRUA Customer Service within 60 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Tents must be clean, undamaged, and free of excessive wear and tear.
• CRUA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, CRUA will process the refund within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
• The guarantee does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
